Return/ Replacement Policy:

Guidelines for Replacement of Goods received in damaged conditions:

  • Ensure to raise the request/ complaint on same date of delivery. Also, WhatsApp/ e – mail images ASAP to register complaint especially in case the goods are receipt in damaged condition.
  • It may take up to 24 working hours to review the complaint.
  • Once the complaint is approved, our courier partner will pick the delivered product from you. Customers may need to shelf-ship the product back to us, if goods are delivered by Indian Post or local courier. Courier/ shipment charges will be reimbursed via UPI/ Bank transfer on sending copy of charge slip/ receipt.
  • An inspection is carried out on received damaged goods and same will be verified with the complaint. On successful verification replacement of goods is initiated. Please note that replacement will depend upon stock availability.

Guidelines for Refund of payments:

A. We will refund 100% payment received in following cases mentioned below:

  • Delivery of wrong products.
  • Physically Damaged/ tampered products receipt inside unbroken packing.
  • Missing/ Lost/ partial orders.
  • Dispatch replacement products within 10 Days of claim approval.
  • All order cancelled via e – mail before dispatch of products from our godowns.

B. We respect your right to return the goods. In such cases, 10% of total value is deducted towards cancellation charges for compensating delivery & other expenses. Following terms & conditions are applicable:

  • The product should be scratch free and completely intact.
  • Product should be in proper working condition.
  • Original Packing labels, S. No. & cartons should be in proper/ unbroken conditions.
  • The return/ replacement request is generated within 24 Hours of receipt of products.

C.  We express our inability to refund in following cases:

  • Any delivery damage complaint reported after 24 hours of receipt of products.
  • The return/ replacement request raised after 48 hours of receipt of products.
  • Opened, Used or Altered products.
  • Products with missing/ damaged components.
  • Products without original packing materials and inclusions.

Note:
Kindly, take care of the product(s) while in your possession. Please return the product(s) using or including all their original packaging, instructions manuals, and other documents/ items, if any, accompanying the products. In any case, you must send the product returned together with the receipt that you received when the product was delivered.

The refund will be processed within 48 hours and will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on the mode of payment used, Banks or Payment Gateways usually take between 7 -10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
