1. Shipping Charges:
We ship products across India on Free on Road basis. Currently, we do not offer COD payment method.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once an order is shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking number will be sent to customer. The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to activate from receipt of shipment confirmation mail.
- For all Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities within India, the products are delivered by major courier agencies.
- For all other areas, the product will be sent by Indian Post/ Local couriers and may take 2 – 3 days more than expected time.
3. Damages:
We take utmost care to fulfil our commitment for secure delivery of every order in its best condition. Also, we understand it can be an extremely frustrating experience when goods are lost or damaged in transit. However, in case you have received your order in a damaged condition, or your ordered product is lost during shipping, kindly contact us at +91 7009008178 to raise complaint or write us @ info@navdurgaprosolutions.co.in with images of damaged packing materials & products. Also preserve all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Ensure to file the claim on delivery day itself for hassle free replacements. No claims will be entertained thereafter.
